Bad service and continue outages in the East rand.

I'm am so unhappy with the fibre to my home. Service by Vox/ frogfoot. This service is having outages all the time. In a month we can experience outages for a week or less. People are working from home. How do we continue working when there is no WiFi connection.i wouldn't recommend them in the East.. what happened to the lost data . No refund. But yet they're are putting up the service.im soo disappointed. Iv almost lost my job,not forgetting, I'm a soul provider in my home.
