Bad Service and BS Excuses

Keep on moving the completion date. Then gave me some BS excuse about how the coding breaks down and they need testers to fix it. Also mentioned some nonsense about how they are very busy as they are installing fibre all over the country. Sorry, but not my problem. If you are under staffed and over booked for work; then that is your problem.

You are abusing your position as the only person in the area who is installing fibre. I am looking into referring this to the Competition Commission or Ombudsman as I have doubts about your legal position to act this way.

Horrible service. Definitely going to try and use someone who actually cares about people in this country.
