Bad service 😡🤬😡

I am getting bad service from frogfoot on the 5th off july my wife Gontse Phalatsi app**** for fiber to be installed witch we followed all the steps correctly the following day she got a message saying that it was in for verification and it will take 48 hours when we followed up they told us that information off the package was captured incorrectly which its not our fault its on they side and it will take 48 hours the time depleted and we waited for a week Saturday she got a call from frogfoot when she was at work she couldn't answer then she gave them my number as alternative via email i am available still no call from them is this the service they give to the clients
