BAD SERVICE

Had the worst service ever with Frogfoot fibre to start off my internet was working fine accept the fact that i had major packet loss and i reported it to my ISP they then reported to Frogfoot to investigate now my internet is completely down and i made a call to find out why it is down, the agent told me that it can take up to 5working days to get my link provisioned REALI NOW!!!! I got kids doing online schooling at home but this is the service i am getting being a client for years now really not cool
