Bad customer service
We are new clients to Axxess (Frogfoot) We have already an installed frogfoot box in out house, We took out a contract the 17th Match, router has been paid and recieved. Up untill today we do not have a idea why we are still waiting for the internet, every person has a other excuse as to why its not active yet. This is really pathetic, if i knew this, i would've stayed away.
