AWFUL customer service!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR MY FIBRE INSTALLATION TO BE COMPLETED! I'm waiting around all day waiting for contractors( who don't end up arriving) to finish the job! Whenever I call all I get are excuses and empty promises! Why not just do your work instead?! We are paying customers expecting service from YOU! We're going to cancel order if something isn't done ASAP!
