Awaiting response on cancelled installation

I would like assistance from anyone regarding the mess we have been placed in by either Vox or Frogfoot by contracting PPI.

Itumeleng: I have been contacting you with my complaint and progress with NONE response. You were fast and efficient to assist signing the contract. Are you able to assist me?

Sam: Since cancelling my two week awaited installation this past Saturday you are not getting back to me on rescheduling the install

Frogfoot: Johan I have contacted you regarding this issue (you did my home inspection) on the call recorder you said you promise this is unprofessional and you will see to this being sorted asap and get back to me. I have contacted you again, my messages gets read and nothing anwards. Are you assisting me in this matter?

Frogfoot: I have had communication with your facebook page where the admin informed me that they will get the installation team to contact me yesterday, as of now I still did not speak to anyone.

I see on Hello Peter this is not the first time after signing a contract that someone must hunt down frogfoot to complete the installation.

As I informed Johan, i have cancelled my business travel plans twice to fit this is. Now I do not get a response from anyone.

So I would like to know, who is responsible for fixing this mess? My installation was canceled and yet no new installation date?
