Avoid Frogfoot! Use another FNO!!!
Pathetic. Complete breakdown of service from both FNO and ISP. I cancelled within the notice period in my contract. Line release and activation was delayed without a reason being provided.
Line release and activation was far out of SLA!
Never received any of the information requested. Recodings of service calls and exact reason why activation/provisioning was out of SLA.
