Avoid Frogfoot if you can!

Axxess and Frogfoot are a combined disaster please avoid them at all costs.

At the end of April I app**** for a fibre link to be installed. After numerous mails the link was finally installed at the end of June but only after I got the CEO of Axxess involved.

The link is not stable at all and logging tickets with Axxess is a nightmare because every agent will tell you to the exact same thing, plug into ONT, do a speed tests blah blah. You do this daily because Frogfoot closed the fault even though you didn’t confirm that your initial issue was resolved.

I will cancel all services with Axxess/Frogfoot and rather move to an ISP that cares about their clients. Companies like Frogfoot has lost the customer service ethos that have been known for in the past and it is such a shame!
