Appalling service delivery

So I have received emails from Ebrahim Samaai, Ihlaam Davids & a call from a lady however there is still no explanation why someone that signed up with Mweb after me & lives 400 metres from me will have their installation done 3 days before me. Ebrahim’s email stated he would try & get an earlier appointment & Ihlaam just confirmed my appointment for the 30th. I left a message for Ebrahim to return my call which has not happened & when speaking to another Frogfoot consultant I was told “first come, first served”. I am still none the wiser as how Frogfoot has prioritized someone over me that signed up after me. Pathetic service from Frogfoot!! Frogfoot is too lazy to change their standard response on hello Peter
