Appalling company all round

Appalling service. We are promised fibre 24/7 but they are only open during business hours. Never reachable. No communication regarding outages. And not a care in the world that this is just one of many bad reviews written in about them on hello Peter. I really wish there were other fibre providers in my area, because these guys have no clue how to run a business or keep their customers satisfied.
