Afrihost Fiber and Footfog

In my area being Montclair Durban suburb I live at 57 Wingate Road Montclair Durban.In ower area ower service provider is Footfog they also have there fiber company called Vox I did join them for about 2 years and had enless problems with the fiber so I migrated to Afrhost thing it would be better only to find out that footfrog being the area installer.What a nightmare for the past 5 day I had fiber for about 2 days forgetting in the evenings evenight between 6 to 9 my fiber buffers u cannot watch TV is so frustrating I have a very fast fiber line 240mig download 120 upload and paying rvry month R897 for it .I think it is ridiculous unfortunately I have to say with afrihost because u have to be with then for 6 months before u can move in and I have 4 months of hell to go.There is no after service with Afrihost u have to call them and they will call footfog to come and sort the problem out which never happens I been complaining about this from the start.
