Absolutely Useless service.

Unbelievable how poor the service delivery is. An elderly lady has been struggling for 4 days now without any assistance form the ISP, trying to reach out to frogfoot as the problem is at their side and the answer I got from Amanda Ndudane is just as useless.

"Unless your ISP log's the support call, we are unable to assist."

Please, just don't use frogfoot as your fiber back end. Save yourself the days' worth of trouble.
