Absolutely Pathetic
I had my fibre installed on Thursday and was assured that it would be sorted within 24 hours. It is now Tuesday, where only after CONSTANTLY messaging/calling them they said that a technician will come 10:00 am on Tuesday morning (today), it's quarter to 11 and still no one has arrived. This is absolutely pathetic, This is my 5th day without work. How do you expect me to pay you for internet services when you cannot even give me internet? Absolutely pathetic.
