Absolutely no clue

They dug a trench outside my fence to install the fibre cable and the water has now washed the backfill away to such an extent that my wall will soon be compromised. I emailed them We will come look -- nothing email again Not ours - another provider... exposed warning tape is yours it has your name on it and I am getting my fibre from you from the wire in that trench. We will come look. email again we will come look... Been going on a few months already Anyway I can do with a new front wall when the existing one falls over and I call my lawyer.
