Absolute worst service delivery

Frogfoot consistently delivers terrible service. I had to wait 1-2 weeks for a technician to come to my premises, only for him to say he can’t fix my fibre issues and has to raise this to his higher ups. Thereafter a technician doesn’t show up for 2 weeks until I receive a call from one stating that he will show up to fix my cable at 2pm the afternoon. I waited the entire day and nobody showed up. Im still left waiting for a technician to fix my cable. Absolutely terrible service the likes I have never seen before.
