10 DAYS NO INTERNET - NEITHER FROGFOOT NOR CELL C RESPONDING TO THIS MATTER!!! JUST REALLY SAD

Good day Peter / Cell C and Frogfoot! Day 10 – no email, no call and yes still NO INTERNET. Please cancel my contract with immediate effect, also I want rebate refund for the 16 days in February we had no internet. I am out of words and done complaining, done begging for either Cell C or Frogfoot to assist with the major problem I have been having from early February! Just seems like neither of these two huge companies care about little old me, that has been supporting them and paying them for a service for many many, many years. Anybody considering Cell C or Frogfoot please think twice. Its really sad, like really sad how paying customers are treated!!
