Not a good choice if you want your website to run smoothly

Frikkadels payment acceptance system to say the least is ****ty . You pay your hosting then need to send the proof of payment which I do but every time month end falls on a Saturday and I send my proof , somehow due to incompetency it gets lost and on Tuesday I get notified my service has been suspended due to non payment . there is no way to phone them to sort it out you need to log a ticket meanwhile I'm losing business because my website is down .
