Frikkadel.co.za - doenst exisit they ***** your money and you never get what you paid for

I bought and paid for a new Domain and hosting package more than a week ago, My domain still doent exist and there is no way og getting hold of anybody at Frikkadel, there is no telephone number or email address. The support ticket never gets answered either I want a full refund, what a terrible business!!!!!!!!
