Unauthorized debit orders

I've contacted the business multiple times agents speaking no one answering the phone. Supposed Supervisor stopping while I'm not even done explaining my situation noted I'm not even upset at this moment. Request details emailed so he can find out what's happening he was gonna call still hasn't.
