AWFUL SERVICE AT FRIENDS CELLULAR WESTWOOD MALL DURBAN

Upon purchasing a M4 Smart bracelet at Friends Cellular. Westwood Mall I was not given a receipt but I was told that if I am not happy with the product I can return it. The next day the watch could not sync with the app I needed it to work with and the staff hassled me. They said I could not return it.

I have to quote the Consumer Protection Act and insist that my rights need to be considered.

It was an extremely unprofessional experience.
