Unapproved access to personal details by Fresh Start Financial

I received a call from a Raisha reflecting that I am paying too much on my debts, and I asked what are you talking about. She went on to access my credit profile without my authority to access anything. No details were confirmed and I did not provide her with my personal details. Next thing i am receiving an sms stating I gave access for FRESH START FINANCIAL to access my credit record. I did no such thing. I called the number off the internet and no answer. My details have been accessed without my verbal or written approval to do so.
