Be Careful of Fresh start financial service

Please be careful when making use of this company, they do a 17.1 and then collect money from you, i have paid them for 4 months, they did not change my status or paid my debt as agreed with the companies, when i started asking questions they did not respond, (i will add photo's). I had to get another company that is in the process to try and clean this up, but they still don't respond.
