Potential ****

I signed up with them with the R399 package and access to their portal was promised within 24 hours. Two weeks later they advised me to cancel because there was some technical issues and they would rather refund me until they have the system issue sorted out. It has now been more than 2 months and I have still not received my refund or access to the portal.
