OMW - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - UNRELIABLE

My experience with them started round about the beginning of December 2025 when i registered. A week later I complained about them on Hello Peter for not responding to emails just ghosting me after they have taken my registration fees. They then contacted me, politely requested me to remove my bad review, in return, they promised that they would upgrade me free of charge and activate my account immediately. First thought was wow! yes, thank you, and i removed my previous bad review. Fast forward to today, a month later, no response to my many emails i have send them and still waiting for my upgrade and my account to be activated.
