Freelancer Port is a ****

I signed up, paid, as you cannot WEIRDLY signed up without paying, then I got an email saying that processing takes 24 hours. After 48 hours I sent an email asking for feedback and was told that there are no openings at the moment. I waited for two month then requested for a refund on the 7th of April 2026 and was told to wait 7-14 days for the funds to reflect in my account. It's the 25th of June 2026 and I have not received any refund and no response to my emails.
