FREELANCER PORT IS A ****

I believe this is a ****. I requested a refund of my subscription after they sent an email stating that they can't activate my subscription and all; that was on the 23rd of December 2025. Their communication stated that the refund will take 7-14 days, and 19 days later, no refund, no communication as to why, even after I emailed them to inquire. ****!!!!!
