Freelancer port

I think they are a **** because before you pay for the subscription they keep on sending you emails but after you paid for the subscription they stop . I paid my subscription 4 days ago but I can’t get through keeps on feeling time my subscription is inactive I should wait for 24 hours but it’s been 4 days now .
