Bad to no help or feedback

I have registered and paid subscribed to the standard plan(as they recommeded) after 3 days I received a email stating there is a problem with my subscription and they have identified the problem and working hard to repair. I have requested an refund but still nothing it has been almost 2 weeks now. I have send numerous emails but sadly no response till today. I even tried signing up on my other email and the same happed .....so up till today no help from them and they don't answer my emails..... Why bother to earn exstra income if the companies is not responding or helping and you loose the fund aswell?
