Bad for Business and Poor Customer Services, No refund in sight!

I had high hopes that this platform could turn into a potential side hustle for me. Unfortunately very disappointed and very poor customer service from this company!

After signing up and paying the fee, almost immediately after I received an email to say that seats are full and I can request a refund. That was 06 February 2026 to date no refund in my account. Still waiting on my refund, would not recommend anyone to use their services.
