Horrible food quality

What did I just try to eat? Bought a prego kota. all the chips are on the top of the kota and I almost went back. Then at the bottom of the kota there was finally some meat. Which tasted like a rubber band. I cannot believe this place is open? I could have just ordered steers next door and atleast enjoyed the food.
