Disgusting service

Horrible experience I succumbed to, false advertising, low customer support, I called and was told they have no Russians for the special they have, gave me numbers of a "manager" Noma whom wasn't interested in doing anything who doesn't even have a clue what is customer service, she told me straight buy something else coz there's nothing I can help u with there's no Russians, after trying to reason with her, she was just so rude and hung up the phone. Honestly I can't dish my money where I'm not appreciated it seems like they doing customers a favour, I see this store going down in the next 2 years, the attitude of the employees is pathetic!!!
