Bad service and bad quality food

Frankie's Fatcakes at Glenfair shopping centre has seriously bad service and the quality of their food is shocking. There wasn't many people, but I waited 30 minutes for 1 beef shwarma, chips, and 1 strawberry milkshake. The shwarma was raw, I couldn't eat it and it didn't look like the one on the menu at all.
