Withdrawal nightmare and terrible customer service
They take too long with the withdrawals and their customer service is terrible. They failed to inform us that taking out money on the 31st of Jan would cause a delay, so I've been waiting since and today I sent them an email asking them how long it would take and they said today. I've asked them to let me know when it'll be processed and they haven't respond. It shouldn't be this hard to get your savings, and the reason why we save is to say out of debt.

We can confirm that when reviewing this issue, the withdrawal was paid within the standard 5 business day policy.
