Withdrawal nightmare

I withdrew money on the 22 Nov, with an understanding that I’ll get it within 5 business days. Within, means there’s a possibility of getting it sooner but at the most it will take 5 business days to get the money. At no stage was I expecting to wait more than 5 days. I’m really disappointed by your overall service and I regret ever saving my money with you. My kids are now left stranded because of your bad service and nonchalant attitude.
