VERY BAD SERVICE/DELIVERY/REPAIRS/INTEGRITY

I have had 2 accidents with my VW EOS and taken it to FR. The car was repaired in good order after the first accident although it took about 6 MONTHS. I had a one year warranty on the repairs on the convertible roof.<br> The roof stopped working a few months later, i took the car back to FR and i was told by Jameel who is the owner that I have to take the car to VW Hatfield where the warranty stands. This as not my responsibility but the duty of the panelbeater, I just agreed but did not have the time and I needed my car to use In Sep/Oct 2013 i had a second accident with the car (convertible roof still under guarantee) and the car was repaired by FR. when I collected my car, the windows was not closing, the airbag sensor light was on, the roof was misaligned. I was told by Jameel that it had to do with the diagnostics of the convertible roof because it all works simultaneously/synchronised , I believed him and took the car to VW but they could not honour the gaurantee due to the repairs after the second accident of which Jameel said I shouldnt mention to VW. FR sabotage the roof saying that i broke IT but i have proof from VW stating that the car was misaligned. 1 year has passed.....
