I had an excellent experience with FR Panelbeaters, especially as this was my first accident and I was unfami**** with the repair process. From the initial assessment right through to the completion of the repairs, their service was excellent. They communicated throughout the process and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, so I was never left wondering what was happening or having to constantly follow up. They explained each step clearly and made what could have been a very intimidating experience feel simple and manageable. I always felt reassured that my vehicle was in good hands. They were also incredibly helpful with the practical aspects of the process. When I collected my vehicle, they explained that I could leave the courtesy vehicle with them and have the car hire company collect it directly, which made the process much easier and saved me the stress and cost of arranging additional transport. Most importantly, my vehicle was repaired beautifully. It looks as good as new, and you genuinely cannot tell that it was involved in an accident.
