Proffessional friendly service.

About 2 weeks ago I dented my car and my Broker booked it in at FR Auto in Lenasia. Me being me I googled their reviews and they were all bad, the following day when I had to go in and see the assessor the welcome from everyone that works there is amazing no staff walks passed without greeting. I saw the Assessor and we left 2 days didn't even pass my claim was approved and my car was booked in. There was an AMAZINGLY great gent by the name Ihsaan he treated me with the utmost of respect he showed me around the car noted other scratches told me about the process and how long it would take and what would happen. Upon my husband and I fetching the car amazingly we got the same treatment the staff greets (even when the are walking past). They are all friendly and as for the huge Dent that was on my side door (gone) my car looked brand new. If you want your car fixed and want professional service and people that know what they are doing DASH down to Lenasia.

Having to deal with them was total bliss. I hope you do this to other customer's as well.
