Foxlink incompetence
Our fibre has been down since last night and all the telephone numbers available for Foxlink are out of order. This is unacceptable! I've emailed them with no response. Did they just disappear??

Our sincere apologies for the bad service you experienced, as well as our late reply to your review. We did not have a Hello Peter account up until recently.
As you are aware, your service was interrupted due to a fault in your Wi-Fi device. Unfortunately, this happened on a Saturday (10 Nov 2018) whilst we were switching to a new network carrier for telephone services of our main offices. We were informed that calls will still go through and we planned to do this over a weekend when we receive less calls. Once we received your email, we contacted Mr Malan who is registered as the account holder and contact person to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Your device was replaced on Tuesday 13 November as per the arrangements with Mr Malan and we trust that your service has been satisfactory since then.
Our support lines are open to all customers 24/7 so please do not hesitate to contact us again should you experience any difficulties.
