Vodacom Repairs TERRIBLE

I Have 2 Huge Contracts at Vodacom Costing around R3000 a month.My Samsung S10 was faulty with terrible signal and i am losing business if my clients cant get hold of me.I went to Fourways repair centre to quicken the repair.I begged them at booking my phone in that they mustnt only do a software upgrade on phone as they always do.I motavated that phone is terrible and they must please replace the main PCB.I got the phone back and they said that only software upgrade was needed,although the documents stated a PCB replacement.

Anycase i dont know what they have done,but it helped NOTHING AT ALL.My wife has an much older and weaker phone than me,but at my office she gets all her calls ,and i am losing all my calls.

How terrible are Vodacom,as i pay them almost R70000 per year in contracts for the past 12 Years now,and they are too reluctant to repair my phone in guarentee.I would like to have a new or refurbished replacement.Maybe its a better move to go to MTN,i am sure they will be happy to take R3000 contract of business per month.

Vodacom are Pathetic in Repairs,as this is not the first time when i send in a repair,and they only do the cheapest option in only doing a software upgrade.Previous times i chucked the terrible repaired rhone away and bought another one,but this time Vodacom must sort it out VERY VER QUICKLY or they are definately going to use an 12year existing client for KEEPS.
