Violent security pushed my 6 year old

Today I visited fourways mall with my brother and son. I needed to do banking and go to the chemist and ofcourse buy pizza because my 6 year old cannot survive without it. When it was time to leave we requested an uber at the toulula entrance. We were standing there waiting for the uber when.security told us to.stand at the opposite side of the entrance with no pavement in the middle of the parking entrance, we did so. At this point my 6 year old is crying because he is nervous there are cars driving fast past us with no pavement. We eventually see the uber with hazards on outside the entrance looking for us as I.assume that's where people usually wait and not in the middle of the parking lot. When we walk towards him and we are opening the door to jump in the security guard pushes my 6 year old out the way to tell the driver to move.my son is now screaming and crying with shock...he still ignores the fact and continues to tell the driver to leave ..when we jump in he smugs at me and says sorry for the kid. I have tried calling your lines and nobody answers ..is that the type of people you hire, who have no respect for children or mothers. We were not even use to taking uber's...we usually drive and this was the first time with.my son.and this horror occurred. The uber driver himself said people stand at the entrance to be picked up. I will refuse to accept this and I want.answers as to since when is it okay for security to push a 6 year old to tell an uber to move
