Stuck in the lift

Stuck in the lift for an hour without help and I'm 5 months pregnant when I called centre management I was told they're waiting for a technician.. How come such a big mall would be that slow to respond to such an emergency with no one saying anything to us 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
