Poor parking payment system

The parking card payment system took my card. Didn’t ask for payment because it was less than 1/2 hour. I went fairly quickly to the exit and it wouldn’t let me out. Pay R10 please. When I looked at the time, it was exactly 1 minute over the 1/2 hour. I rang the help button. All I got was “sorry, use the escape isle and go pay “. I went back to pay. I don’t like bit when faulty technology wastes my time
