No customer care and lack of compassion!

On New Years day, I decided to go and check out this mall for the 1st time, so we went to the movies with my 9 year old and after the movie, as we headed to the parking, I realized the escalators were off and so were all the lifts! I'm physically challenged and couldn't use stairs. We spent more than an hour trying to get assistance but the security of the mall was just rude instead! I was forced to go up the stairs and ended up in hospital!
