No CCTV yet ********* run Rampant

I am deeply angered and find the services here very sub-par. I was at the mall on 19 March 2016 and had my bag ******. I was sent from pillar to post with no assistance and the security kept giving every excuse they could think of. It is disgusting that a mall of that size has no proper security system and then they refuse to let customers see the CCTV footage that is available when such things happen. I was also informed by the management of one of the stores that these bag snatching incidents had been happening for a while. Still nothing is done.
