At game store fourways there's this who only talk to customers with her own language I'm not sure if it's tsonga or venda but then ont 18th of Feb 23 time was 13h40 visiting game store fourways it was not for the first time being assisted by the lady with her arrogant unfortunate attitude, surprisingly even securities working there they know her bad behavior evne when they try to tell her that she shouldn't talk to customers like the way she does she will continue as if nothing is wrong. To me it seems like that's the way shes been trained. Luckily I walked out went to the main store I was assisted by a lovely Nothando Sithole at 14h04 whom she's well matured and understand what is customer service Weldone to Nothando i just so wish the other lady could learn something from. If going forward this is going to be the customer service we get from BIG store like game then there will be a serious problem regarding turnover due to the type of service... Sad part is all my mates (golfers) are also complaining about this lady a game store in fourways mall WOW what poor service
