Game false adverting products it does not even have .

On the 23 of June Game Special catalogue was put through stating that a Special starts on 24 of June 2020. I went to Game Fourways on the 25th in the morning looking for a Domestic Sewing Machine (style code 660399) going for R1599 from R1999 they did not have and I later went back again around 4pm looking again they did not have and they told me they sold out . I asked them to checked for me on the system which shop has but was told their system was down anyways after requesting them to call for me Game Bel Air and Cresta both said they dont have . This morning I called Clearwater and Lucia who answered and said she will call me back did not bother to call back and tried to call her more thm 8 time the whole day and she all of a sudden no where to be found . I asked several people to check for me and noone wanted to was transfered to small item department and noone answered even to the manager office no answer

Later I called Games hotline and I was put on hold for 15min they did not come back to tell me which shop has that Sewing Machine

So my question is why is Game false adverting items and no one is even giving the right answers . This is really frastrating because when you want to buy something for some one as a gift and noone bothers to answer you and i find this very unprofessional
