The Mall is supposedly trying to reinvent itself and stop the rot With loads of PR-speak about how important are its remaining customers.

The roof parking, with the only practical two hours free parking, has been closed for weeks for unknown construction. Is there any alternative, other than the relatively distant area at the Western side? Also unknown. When will there be? Yes, unknown. But wait. A Customer Services Manager's email is found (with difficulty) on the website. They should know. Probably do. But after two days emailed questions have been totally ignored.
