FOURWAYS MALL MANAGEMENT, CHEATS OF THE WORST KIND!

<p>A month back i was approached by a guy at the Fourways Mall desk. He told me that if i did my shopping often there i would get a voucher worth R150 after 5 purchases of a minimum value of R150. I always do my shopping there anyway so this was no big deal. I was just happy i could actually get something out of it. Black Friday, i was there and had a few receipts, sadly there was noone in sight who knew about the promotion. Anyway, i brushed it aside thinking maybe the promo was finished.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today, the 28th of November, i was in the mall. I saw the ladies manning the desk and asked where they were on Friday. They said they were there and they even went on to tell me that today was the last day. I went and bought stuff from Game, came back got my fourth stamp, went to woolies, got my fifth stamp. When it was time to get the voucher, i was told that the vouchers are out. I asked how then i was to get a voucher since today was their last day. The lady told me it wasnt her fault that i was too late.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wow, wo,wow! I feel so ******, shortchanged and falsely informed. I mean i always buy from the Fourways Mall. I didnt need to be **** to or be encouraged to buy there when there was no clear cut policy regarding the promo. It is a sad sad thing to do, encouraging people to shop at a construction site, and then just break it off just like that. They took people's numbers during registration, why didnt they warn them? i am not the only one disgruntled, there was also a few fuming lading at the desk. </p> <p> </p> <p>I HATE CHEATS! And right now, i feel cheated.</p>
