Fourways mall lifts disfunctional

New Fourways mall is excellent, but those lifts from the parkade are a real disaster. People (including other shoppers, staff, and of course myself) are totally confused by the huge number of buttons, not knowing how to reach the correct parking level. I hope administration is aware and maybe should do something about it.
